  • Dr.
    Luke J. Staab
    Chiropractor

Dr. Luke J. Staab grew up in Ord on his family’s ranch and is a 2004 graduate of Ord High School. In high school he played football, wrestled, and shot trap.  After graduation he attended Concordia University on a football scholarship and graduated in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree.

Dr. Staab then attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He incorporates Thompson technique, Diversified, Technique and some flexion/distraction in his adjustments. He is also certified in Level  1 of the Graston Technique, completed 100 Basic hours of Acupuncture and become a Certified Animal Chiropractor by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Staab chose his profession after receiving treatment from a chiropractor in high school:
“The summer before my Junior year of high school I injured my back at a wrestling camp.  I was unable to lift weights, run or stand for long periods of time.  I went through several months of physical therapy and went to several medical doctors only for them to tell me a month later that I was done with sports.  It was at that same time my mother was suffering from severe back pain and was on bed rest for six months but had been going to a chiropractor to help with the pain.  She convinced me to go with her to see if he could help me.  After six treatments with a chiropractor I was able to start running and lifting weights without pain.  I continued to be treated by him for my last two years of high school sports.  I was able to work hard and became a two time All-district linebacker and an all-state honorable mention in my last two season of football because my chiropractor kept me in the game.  I continued to use chiropractors all through my college football career at Concordia University.

Towards the end of my undergraduate degree I decided to continue my education and after visiting and talking with multiple chiropractors I decided I was going to help others too and become a chiropractor.  With my family’s love and support I started my journey.  I am so excited and happy to be able to help people out with their pains in so many different ways.  I couldn’t have asked for a better career!”

Dr. Staab has many hobbies and interests. He is and avid trap shooter, hunter, and fisherman.  He is very involved with his horses and rodeo, and also loves adjusting animals.  He also enjoys snow skiing, lifting weights and working out. He is also very involved with the community and is a Member of the Ord Chamber of commerce where he currently serves as a board member.
